What reaches me fastest

• Corrections. Include the article URL and the exact sentence or figure you believe is wrong, plus a source if you have one. These get priority.
• Questions about a note. Include what you have already tried and the platform or release involved.
• Privacy requests. Tell me what data you are asking about; this site has no accounts and no forms, so there is usually very little to look up.
• Professional enquiries. Architecture reviews, network design, and senior network architect or technical lead roles.

Response times

I read everything and reply within one business day. Technical corrections get an answer within three business days. If a message needs real analysis I will tell you when I can get to it rather than leave it unanswered.

What this site does not do

There is no contact form, no newsletter and no account to create — the site is static pages plus advertising. Sending email to the address above is the whole mechanism. Nothing you type on this website is submitted anywhere.
